Ada Daher is a local we all love, a beautiful soul and a pillar of the community. Ada is known to many who over the years shopped in Scarborough Village. Ada and family owned the Daher 4 Square for 18 years. Three years ago Ada and family decided to retire and enjoy the spoils that living in Redcliffe provides. I’m sure like most of us you will know Ada or have seen her out and about, I hope you enjoy Getting To Know Ada.

I unwind with listening to different music of all kinds and long ocean walks and photography. I also unwind via my passion for cooking and my writing and illustrating children’s books and cooking books. I have published six and more on are on the way
Best coffee haunt in town / best watering hole in town?
For me coffee is a way of life, there are so many great coffee places on the Peninsula, too many to mention. I personally feel the barista can make or break a cup of coffee. I do enjoy sitting watching the world pass me while sipping a cup of coffee at Valorie in Scarborough. To me the best watering hole would have to be my own backyard swimming pool, I just love to float around in the cool depths with a glass of vino.
